Job summary

Tangent Solutions, Inc. is seeking a POS Terminal Operations Specialist in Davao City to safeguard and manage all POS terminals and peripherals, coordinating with field technicians and couriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

You will maintain complete documentation and accurate records. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, have experience in inventory, logistics or warehouse work, and be skilled in computer operations and hardware handling.

Responsibilities

• Safekeeps and organizes all POS terminals, peripherals, and related assets.
• Ensures secure storage and protection of POS items.
• Performs regular inventory checks and updates logs, tracking sheets, and reports.
• Reconciles variances and maintains accurate, up-to-date records.
• Handles release and return of POS units with complete documentation.
• Configures and prepares POS terminals for deployment.
• Conducts hardware and software functionality testing.
• Reports defective units for troubleshooting or repair.
• Prepares items for dispatch (packaging, labeling, documentation).
• Coordinates with field technicians, couriers, and logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.

• Maintains organized physical and digital files.
• Keeps storage, preparation, and logistics areas clean and orderly.

Ensures secure storage and protection of POS items.
