Qualifications

• Technical Vocational graduate or any technical-related college degree or undergraduate.

• Has a motorcycle, updated driver’s license, and ORCR.
• Experience in providing good customer service.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work fieldwork, on holidays, overtime/on‑call per business requirement.
• Willing to be trained in our Manila office.

Responsibilities

• Safekeep POS terminals and accessories until deployment.
• Test and calibrate installed equipment for performance.
• Provide training to merchants on terminal functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Provide training to merchants so that cashiers understand functionality, basic care and security of the deployed terminals.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and malfunctions efficiently.
• Provide on‑site technical support and assistance to customers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, informing them about status of deployments or services.
• Complete required details in field service reports for every service performed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and safekeep POS terminals, accessories, and peripherals until scheduled deployment.
• Maintain responsibility over all received company assets during field service assignment.
• Check application installed, ensure accuracy and completeness of downloaded profiles/data in the POS Terminal before installation.
• Deploy new terminals and peripherals, provide on‑site checking, reprogramming or deprogramming, and other services as per customer specifications and requirements.
• Test and calibrate installed equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance.
