Job summary

Tangent Solutions, Inc. invites IT and POS terminal field technicians to join our largest network in the Philippines. This permanent role offers direct employment, paid training, and on-site fieldwork across Metro Manila with NCR rate plus PHP 3,000 motorcycle allowance.

You will deploy, test, calibrate, and train merchants on terminal usage while ensuring service reports are completed and submitted promptly. Willingness to work holidays and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational graduate or related degree
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications
• Has motorcycle with updated license
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Willing to do fieldwork and overtime/on-call

Responsibilities

• Service Request Fulfilment: Deploy, replace, check, reprogram, and provide services per customer specifications within timelines.
• Testing and Calibration: Ensure installed equipment functions correctly through testing and calibration.
• Merchant Training: Train merchants on terminal functionality, care, and security.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely when possible.
• On-Site Support: Provide technical assistance on-site and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Service Reports: Complete detailed field service reports and submit them timely.
