Tangent Solutions, Inc. is hiring IT and POS terminal technicians to support the Philippines' largest non-bank POS network. The role involves deploying, testing, training merchants, and providing on-site support across field assignments.

Ideal candidates are technically educated, computer-literate, and willing to work in Manila trainings with NCR-rate pay. Fieldwork, holidays, and overtime are required, with benefits including HMO and life insurance, plus transportation and accommodation support

Qualifications

• Technical Vocational graduate or technical college degree or undergraduate.
• Computer literate with basic Windows applications.
• Has a motorcycle, updated driver’s license, and ORCR.
• Willing to be trained in Manila office (with pay - NCR Rate).
• Willing to do fieldwork, holidays, and overtime/on-call as required.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, replace, check, reprogram, and provide services per customer specifications within timelines.
• Test and calibrate installed equipment.
• Train merchants on terminal functionality, care, and security.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer concerns.
• Submit detailed service reports and on-time report submissions.
• Liquidate expenses per policy and reimbursements.
• Account for company assets during field assignments.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
