• Technical Vocational graduate or related college degree/undergraduate.
• Basic Windows applications knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, replace, check, reprogram equipment per customer specifications within timelines.
• Test and calibrate installed equipment to ensure proper function.
• Train merchants on terminal functionality, care, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain clear communication updates on service status.
• Prepare detailed field service and related reports.
• Submit all required reports on time.
• Liquidate field expenses per policy.
• Account for company assets during field assignments.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
