Rebisco is seeking a Marketing Portfolio Manager to oversee the entire brand collection as a cohesive portfolio rather than individual brands. You will act as the traffic controller for brand architecture across 11 Business Units, ensuring proper market positioning and synergy toward company goals.
The role requires building governance programs, driving data-driven decisions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to allocate multi-million budgets across units.
Our Marketing team makes an impact with the brands they create — from category leaders in biscuits, cakes, rolled wafers and nuts to every unique and pleasurable snacking experience reaching millions of Filipino homes.
The scope of our brand activities and strong position in the competitive Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry make Marketing at Rebisco interesting and dynamic. You will be given hands-on experience, and the autonomy to oversee projects from conceptualization and planning to implementation and evaluation, giving you real insight into how the business runs. As the driving force behind a brand's development from beginning to end, your role will be filled with on-the-job learning, exposure to new perspectives, and brave decision-making that turns vision into reality.
Rebisco provides opportunities for career development and training to expand your knowledge and build your competence in the areas or direction you wish to pursue. Aside from projects and workshops, our collaborative culture means that you will also learn from conversations and processes, often interacting with cross-functional teams where you can share your ideas and hone your skills in communication, consumer understanding, analysis, and project management. As you grow, you'll explore more of the business, enter different categories, and reach new markets and customers.
As Marketing Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of the organization's entire collection of brands, managing them as a cohesive portfolio rather than as individual, competing entities. Acting as the enterprise's "traffic controller" for brand architecture across 11 Business Units, this role ensures that all brands are positioned correctly in the market, avoiding cannibalization and working synergistically toward broader company goals. The role encompasses brand portfolio strategy, brand governance, and data-driven portfolio decision-making.
