FINSI is seeking a PMO Analyst to assist the Project Management Office in building and maintaining dashboards, tracking timelines and costs, and flagging issues. You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting across multiple projects.

The role involves transforming data into actionable reports, attending project ceremonies, and supporting risk mitigation, budget control, and portfolio monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, project management, or similar field.
• 1+ year experience as a PMO analyst or similar role in Telecommunications.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make decisions.
• Strong coordination, administration, and detail orientation.
• Proficient with MS Office & Google tools; vendor/subcon management experience.
• Experience with validation and review of complex data.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with dashboard experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist PMO team in creating and maintaining project dashboards, timelines, costs, and callouts.
• Coordinate project activities with internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Assist in creating and maintaining domain-level and rolled-up project documentation and reports.
• Provide logistics and administrative support as needed.
• Support the Project Delivery team in integrated assessment of build programs.
• Transform project data into usable reports for the delivery team.
• Attend project meetings and site activities.
• Vendor management and resource tracking.
• Provide timely updates and project reports.
• Identify and sort SOWs by region/team/vendors.
• Produce status, post-activity, completion, progress, and deviation reports.
• Oversee PCR monitoring and build planning.
• Track milestones and handover to Ops; consolidate master data.
• Support risk mitigation and issue resolution related to budget, inventory, and PR/PO.
• Analyze rollout updates and monitor portfolio performance metrics.
• Support Portfolio Manager in critical meetings and PIRs.
• Understand basic nine knowledge areas of portfolio management.
