Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Project Analyst (B2B AU Telco) to support portfolio governance, reporting, and delivery assurance across enterprise programs. This onsite role focuses on stage-gate compliance, data integrity, and decision-ready insights for leaders and delivery teams.

You will own weekly/monthly portfolio packs, build dashboards, and coordinate governance forums while partnering with finance and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in PMO, P3O, EPMO analyst or similar project support role.
• Knowledge of PMBOK and/or PRINCE2 Foundation.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, ServiceNow, MS Project/Project Online.
• Experience in financial analysis, budget tracking and benefit realization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply governance and stage‑gate standards to programs and projects; prepare gate readiness evidence.
• Maintain artefacts and ensure auditability across initiatives.
• Coordinate governance forums: agenda, packs, minutes, decisions.
• Own portfolio status packs: scope, cost, risk, benefits, dependencies.
• Build dashboards and ensure data quality in repository tools.
• Support baseline creation, change control, and schedule variance tracking.
• Administer change requests and monitor impacts to baselines and benefits.
• Reconcile forecasts vs. actuals and surface variance insights.
• Coordinate with delivery, finance, vendors, and PMOs to unblock issues.
