Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced PMO professional to support project governance, budgeting, and reporting across multiple initiatives. The role requires strong MS Office skills and a track record of maintaining detailed project documentation and trackers.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of handling competing priorities, and able to coordinate with diverse stakeholders to drive on-time delivery and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field is required (non-negotiable).
• Minimum 5 years in PMO, project coordination, or similar roles (non-negotiable).
• Solid knowledge of PM tools, methodologies, and techniques (non-negotiable).
• Experience in project reporting and management reporting (non-negotiable).
• Hands-on budgeting and financial reporting experience (non-negotiable).
• Support PMO functions, governance, or portfolio management (non-negotiable).
• Budget forecasting, variance analysis and financial tracking experience (non-negotiable).
• Maintain project records, trackers, status reports, and minutes (non-negotiable).
• Experience with inventory/asset management, including international assets (non-negotiable).
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) (non-negotiable).
• Strong organization to manage multiple projects and deadlines (non-negotiable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders (non-negotiable).
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
