Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an organized PMO professional to support project planning, governance, reporting, and coordination in a fast-paced environment in the Philippines. You will ensure projects stay on track and aligned with standards.

You will produce project status reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and maintain governance artifacts, while coordinating stakeholders and managing risks, action items, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of PMO experience.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with MIS reports, dashboards, and project status reports.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and tracking to meet milestones.
• Maintain governance artifacts with version control.
• Prepare status reports and MIS dashboards for visibility.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.
• Monitor resource tracking and financial tracking.
• Organize meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes.
