Job summary

GloPros is seeking a dedicated PMO Analyst to provide crucial business support for the financial administration of our project portfolio. This role focuses on time and resource management, contract oversight, procurement and invoice management to ensure expenditures align with contracts, POs and budgets.

You will review SoWs, coordinate approvals, manage contracts and POs, process invoices, and maintain accurate project financials.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of project financial administration, including budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, and expenditures.
• Proficient in procure-to-pay processes: contracts, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice matching.
• Knowledge of time registration and its link to project WBS, cost allocation, and recharges.
• PMO or project management certification (e.g., P3O, Prince2, PMI) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and SoWs for alignment with approved scopes and budgets.
• Coordinate contract approvals ensuring budget match before signature.
• Store and update contracts in the contract database with status, value, and renewal dates.
• Manage purchase orders for projects by requesting, tracking, and amending POs in line with procurement policies.
• Three-way PO checks against contract and budget; flag discrepancies before commitment.
• Process project invoices with correct coding to project, WBS element, and cost center.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve with suppliers and Finance.
• Maintain an overview of project actuals, commitments, and expenditures vs budget; highlight variances.
• Prepare financial inputs for portfolio reviews and budget/planning cycles.
• Support month-end and year-end activities with accruals and carry-forward of project budgets.
