• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Helpshift) is preferred.
• Experience in live chat and community platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to players via ticketing, email, or chat promptly.
• Investigate inquiries and provide quality responses.
• Collect and relay player feedback to developers.
• Update and maintain knowledge base and macros.
• Support a global player community across time zones.
