Keywords Studios is seeking a Player Engagement Agent to serve as the essential link between clients and the gaming community in Manila. Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Ability to investigate and resolve player inquiries via ticketing, email or chat.
• Comfort with CRM tools (Zendesk, Helpshift) and knowledge bases.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to players' questions promptly via ticketing, email, or chat.
• Provide feedback to developers based on player interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill project-related requests.
• Gather and relay player feedback according to procedures.
• Translate communications when required to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain high-quality standards through QC processes.
