Job summary

Keywords Studios in the Philippines is seeking a Player Engagement Agent to connect clients with the gaming community onsite in Bacolod City. You will respond to players’ questions promptly via ticketing, email, or chat and relay valuable feedback to developers to improve experiences.

You’ll work with CRM tools, translate when needed, and contribute to quality standards through reporting and collaboration with internal teams. This is a full-time, onsite role at our Asia Pacific studio network.

Qualifications

• Mastery in C1-C2 level language proficiency, with English at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication skills for effective player support.
• Flexibility to adapt to various situations and player needs.
• Accountability and reliability in handling player inquiries and issues.
• Proactivity in identifying and addressing player concerns proactively.
• Proficiency in navigating knowledge bases for efficient support.
• Basic troubleshooting skills to assist players with technical challenges.
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends and holidays, and on different time zones as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to players' questions promptly via ticketing, email, or chat.
• Provide feedback to developers based on player interactions.
• Gather and deliver player feedback according to established procedures.
• Translate when required to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports to streamline processes.
• Escalate issues following established procedures.
• Assist internal teams with project-related requests and knowledge base improvements.
• Support teammates with CRM tools and knowledge base navigation.
