Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Player Engagement Agent in the Philippines (Bacolod area) to bridge clients and the gaming community. You will respond to players, gather feedback, and assist internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

The role requires English proficiency at or above B2, strong communication, basic troubleshooting, and willingness to work onsite full-time, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (C1–C2) with English at least B2.
• Excellent communication skills for player support.
• Available for full-time onsite work including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with ticketing, email or chat support.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, quality responses to players’ questions.
• Investigate and resolve player inquiries via ticketing, email or chat.
• Gather and relay player feedback to developers.
• Provide translations when required to ensure seamless communication.
