Keywords Studios is seeking a Player Engagement Agent in the Asia Pacific region, based in the Philippines. You will serve as the essential link between our clients and the gaming community, responding to players and providing valuable feedback to developers.

Role requires English proficiency (B2+), strong communication, and experience with ticketing tools like Zendesk or Helpshift. This is a full-time in-office position with opportunities to grow in a global team.

Qualifications

• Strong English (B2 or higher) with great communication skills.
• Ability to investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly.
• Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools and knowledge bases.
• Willingness to work full-time, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to players via ticketing, email, or chat with quality, timely replies.
• Gather and relay player feedback to developers and teams.
• Assist internal teams with project-related requests and translations when needed.
• Maintain accurate reports and escalate issues per procedures.
• Utilize macros and knowledge bases to streamline responses.
