This is a full-time position that will see you take on a strategic role within our engineering team, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Platform Engineering or related fields, strong ServiceNow administration, and experience with ITSM, cloud platforms, and scripting.

Qualifications

5+ years in Platform Engineering, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure roles.
Strong ServiceNow administration and platform support experience.
Knowledge of ITSM, IT Operations, and Service Delivery.
Experience with JavaScript, Python, or Groovy scripting.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with platform upgrades, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation.
ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification preferred.

Responsibilities
