Job summary

ATOS Information Technology Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Platform Engineer – ServiceNow for a global role. This full-time position focuses on design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform infrastructure across regions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in platform engineering, strong ServiceNow administration, ITSM knowledge, cloud experience, and relevant certifications. You will lead upgrades, ensure security, and collaborate with global teams while mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customization.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, IT operations, and IT service delivery modules.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow platform solutions for global deployments.
Manage and optimize ServiceNow infrastructure for high availability and performance.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.
Perform platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance with minimal downtime.
Monitor platform health and implement performance enhancements.
