Job summary

Trinity Workforce Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to design, implement, and operate ServiceNow solutions across global deployments. You will lead platform integration, upgrades, and automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure IT services.

The role requires 5+ years in platform engineering or systems administration, strong ServiceNow expertise, and a solid background in scripting (JavaScript, Python, Groovy) and cloud platforms

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in platform engineering, systems administration, or related roles within enterprise environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customisation.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, IT operations, and IT service delivery modules.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Groovy for platform automation and integration.
• Solid understanding of database management, API development, and system integration principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualisation technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow CIS, System Administrator, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code principles is advantageous
