Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Collaboration & Platform Engineer (E2) based in the Philippines. Qualifications

• 2+ years experience supporting enterprise collaboration or productivity platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic experience with automation, scripting, or APIs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Assist in managing Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, and Outlook.
• Provide operational support and respond to platform-related incidents.
• Assist with automation and integration efforts using APIs and Microsoft Graph.
• Support AI-enabled features and ensure proper configuration.
• Contribute to documentation and user enablement materials.
• Participate in platform migrations as directed.
