Qualifications

Reporting Structure: Reporting to the Sr. Manager, DevOps Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Support administration of enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Assist in managing Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online.
• Provide operational support and respond to platform‑related incidents and service requests.
• Assist with automation and integration efforts using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps, and ServiceNow.
• Support AI‑enabled features and ensure proper configuration under established governance guidelines.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge base updates, and user enablement materials.
• Participate in platform migrations and modernization initiatives as directed.

Platforms & Technologies
