Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Technology Analyst 3 in Employee Experience Technology to own intake, analyze complex processes, and drive automation across enterprise platforms. You will mentor junior analysts, shape platform roadmaps, and collaborate with engineers to deploy enhancements that improve employee productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience across product ownership, technology analysis, delivery management, or software engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to mentor others through ambiguity.
• Proven experience using AI tools to improve productivity and willingness to adopt new AI capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site presence at the PDOC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in intake conversations with business partners, shaping platform work.
• Lead analysis of complex processes and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Define evaluation frameworks for automation requests and guide development on estimates.
• Route requests for architectural, security, and privacy guidance as needed.
• Translate complex requirements into configurations, workflows, and specs, mentoring juniors.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of complex enhancements with risk and delivery quality management.
• Collaborate with engineers on design, configuration, deployment of platform enhancements.
• Plan, document, test, train, and deploy activities with oversight for quality.
• Champion governance, security, and compliance standards.
