• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives independently and mentor others.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve productivity, quality, or decision‑making.
• Effective written and verbal communication, including translating complex concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake conversations with business partners and shape platform work.
• Analyze complex business processes and prioritize automation, simplification, and optimization opportunities.
