Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a capable contact centre associate to handle customer phone inquiries and distribution partner requests from our Singapore location. You will maintain CRM data accurately and ensure timely follow-up while coordinating with teams as needed.

The role requires strong communication skills in English, a friendly telephone manner, and a willingness to leverage your mother tongue when assisting non-English speaking customers. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.

Qualifications

• Preferably A Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and conversational English.
• Mother Tongue may aid support for non-English customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls in a professional and prompt manner.
• Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the CRM system.
• Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.
• Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
