Job summary

Manila Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries across chat, email, and social platforms. The role requires excellent English verbal and written communication, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

You will manage CRM logs, update records, and maintain high standards of accuracy and responsiveness. In a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to improving customer care by suggesting process improvements and collaborating with management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support roles, handling multiple communication channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries quickly, accurately, and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system and Google Sheets.
• Direct customers to online resources and answer inquiries via chat, email, Product Review, SMS, social media and calls.
• Meet your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure fast response times: Chat 30 seconds; Email 24-48 hours.
