Job summary

FlexiTalent China is seeking a Philippines Sales Engineer (Industrial HVAC) to independently develop and manage the Philippine and Southeast Asia local market for industrial chillers, central air conditioning, and HVAC system solutions.

The role requires at least 3 years of professional sales experience in industrial HVAC and a network of local resources in Southeast Asia, preferably in the Philippines. You will report to the Export Director and travel as needed to grow market share.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional sales experience in industrial HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
• Familiar with industrial project sales models.
• Mature existing local resources in Southeast Asia, preferably Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Southeast Asia local market for HVAC systems and achieve sales targets.
• Leverage EPC contractors, engineering and channel resources to win projects.
• Manage full sales cycle: communication, solution matching, quotation, negotiation, bidding, contracts, orders, payments.
• Build and maintain local dealer/agent channels and expand market share.
• Gather market data and provide regular market analysis and sales optimization suggestions.
• Coordinate with technical, production and after-sales teams for project delivery.
