Job summary

Euroklimat Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Corp in the Philippines seeks a Project Sales Engineer responsible for developing sales leads, qualifying prospects, and making sales calls. You will perform site surveys, estimate, prepare, and propose consultative sales solutions to meet customers’ needs.

Duties include presenting technical solutions, discussing equipment needs with clients and engineers, supporting the sales team, generating inquiries, achieving targets, and negotiating terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business or related field.
• Similar working experience in a multinational firm.
• Able to understand equipment specifications, construction material, and design specifications.
• Must have a driver's license.
• Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside & VRV/VRF.
• Refrigeration system knowledge is advantageous.
• Technical Education and Service field experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
• Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Responsible for generating new inquiries and customers and sustaining strong relationships and contacts with existing contractors.
• Achieve sales booking, invoicing, and margin targets.
• Review enquiries and guide the application team in making quotations and submittals.
• Follow up on submittals and approvals.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and competition.
• Negotiate the contractual/commercial terms.
• Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes.
