Job summary

Phil Eco Airtech Corp. in Pasay on-site is seeking an HVAC Sales Engineer with 1–3 years of experience. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

You will identify opportunities, conduct client meetings and site visits, prepare quotations, and coordinate with engineering teams to design and implement solutions. Fieldwork and travel to client sites are expected. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of VRF, chiller, and split systems are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in HVAC sales or engineering preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (VRF, chiller, split-type).
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems and services.
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and technical presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for design and implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service when needed.
