Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering course.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems, cooling capacity, equipment selection, and HVAC applications
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, technical specifications, and equipment schedules
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to meet sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Willing to conduct client meetings, site inspections, and business development activities
• Willing to travel as required for client visits and project assignments
• Must possess a valid driver's license; driving experience is an advantage
• Experience in air conditioning sales, HVAC systems, mechanical engineering, or technical sales is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong sales potential may also apply

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, develop new business opportunities, promote air conditioning products, and achieve assigned sales targets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, business owners, and existing clients
• Recommend suitable air conditioning systems based on client requirements, project specifications, cooling capacity, budget, and site conditions
• Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements, verify site conditions, and gather the necessary information for quotations and technical proposals
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales proposals, equipment selections, and technical submittals in accordance with client requirements
• Follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company-approved limits, and convert potential sales into confirmed orders
• Coordinate with the engineering, project management, installation, and service teams to ensure proper communication of project requirements, delivery schedules, and installation concerns
• Monitor sales performance, quotations, awarded projects, pending opportunities, and total air conditioning units sold; submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, customer demands, and new project developments to identify potential sales opportunities
• Maintain updated records of client information, quotations, purchase orders, sales transactions, project status, and other related documents
