Job summary

FP Markets Group of Companies is seeking a Country Manager – Philippines to lead and grow our operations in the Philippines market, with a focus on expanding client base, revenue, and brand presence. The role is fully remote, reporting to senior management, and involves building partnerships with affiliates, IBs, and key stakeholders.

You will oversee onboarding, monitor market trends, and drive cross-functional initiatives with marketing, support, and operations to deliver exceptional client

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry (preferably for Philippines region)
• 1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management
• Fluent in Filipino with good English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Philippines market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base, revenue, and brand presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Philippines
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, including lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships
• Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring an excellent client experience
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to drive business success
• Represent FP Markets in Philippines at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
