Job summary

FP Markets is seeking a Full-time Business Development Manager to work remotely from the Philippines. You will develop the assigned region, convert leads into clients and establish partner relationships while hunting for trading professionals across platforms.

Fluent English and Tagalog are essential, with a minimum Bachelor's degree and preference for a Master’s degree. You will collaborate with marketing, onboarding teams and travel for events as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred in accounting, business, marketing or related fields.
• FX/CFD or online trading experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Tagalog language proficiency required.
• Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop assigned country/region, convert leads to clients and build partnerships.
• Identify trading professionals across platforms to engage as clients/partners.
• Promote company products via effective local marketing channels.
• Assist in onboarding clients, affiliates and partners for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and back-office to prepare sales content.
• Maintain relationships with partners and optimize activity to meet KPIs.
• Provide market/competitor feedback to management and ensure regulatory due diligence.
• Travel to conferences and meetings as required.
