Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Filipino nationality as required.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in Technology, E-commerce, or high-growth consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, social media, and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance within regulated industries is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth and expansion plans.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights for positioning.
• Mentor and develop the local marketing team while driving performance.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and ROI for optimization.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product, operations, and public affairs for brand consistency.
• Ensure compliance with local financial advertising regulations and governance.
