Job summary

FP Markets is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager in the Philippines (Remote). The ideal candidate will drive growth by acquiring and managing IBs and affiliates, expanding the firm’s regional footprint in the Philippines and beyond.

Knowledge of MT4/MT5, cTrader, and TradingView is valuable. We seek a results-driven professional with 2+ years in Forex/CFD business development, a strong partner network, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development/sales in Forex/CFDs or financial trading.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW clients.
• Native Filipino (Tagalog) and basic English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Philippines
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships
• Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars

We are growing and looking to recruit a Full‑time Business Development Manager in Philippines (Remote).

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in the region of Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Philippines
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships
• Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry is a must
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients
• Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services
• Native Filipino (Tagalog) and basic English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
