Confidential client in the Philippines seeks a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies, brand growth, and local operations for the Philippines market.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will manage multi-channel campaigns, coordinate internal teams and external agencies, and ensure compliance with local advertising regulations while driving user acquisition and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives and market expansion plans.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, brand activation, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance and professional growth.
• Oversee relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and external creative vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
