3cat is seeking a Country Manager to lead its entry into the Philippines and build the business from the ground up. You will own the country strategy, set up operations, open stores, and lead the local team to drive commercial performance.

You will work closely with the founders and regional leadership to translate strategy into local execution, establish market presence, and scale the Philippines market.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a business in the Philippines.
• Strong commercial leadership with market understanding.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into local execution.

• Lead setup and launch of 3cat Philippines, including country strategy and market entry roadmap.
• Own country-level sales, revenue, profitability and growth.
• Drive retail expansion, site identification, and new store openings.
