Qualifications

• Over 10+ years of working experience including 5+ years in eCommerce platforms or brands.
• More than 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in Category Management.
• CPG or FMCG experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set a clear growth plan for the Philippines market.
• Build a 3-year plan for both markets.
• Lead solutions for major brands, especially in consumer goods.
• Collaborate with leaders from sales, strategy, creative, data, operations, finance, and HR.
• Manage country budget and targets; drive new sales and open opportunities.
• Improve revenue and control costs; prepare strong pitches for major brands.
