3cat is launching in the Philippines and is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store performance, own operations, drive sales, and develop a frontline team. You will shape how 3cat operates locally, set standards, and help build a strong store culture as we grow in a new market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store or team in retail.
• Sales-driven with ability to own store targets and KPIs.
• Able to coach and hold frontline team accountable.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory, cash handling.
• Excellent ownership and problem-solving with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and KPIs, understand what's working and take action when performance needs to improve.
• Lead, coach and motivate your team through onboarding, on-the-job training, regular feedback and performance management.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing, staff scheduling, cash handling, security and overall store readiness.
• Manage stock counts, transfers, product handling and loss prevention while keeping the store organised and merchandised.
• Ensure SOPs and policies are followed, while keeping the wider team updated on store performance, staffing, stock and operations.
