Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking a senior performance marketer to plan and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid channels, driving leads, conversions and revenue.

You will manage budgets, set up GA4/GTM tracking, run AB tests, and analyse data to improve CAC, CPL and ROAS while reporting insights and outcomes to stakeholders.

Collaborate with content teams, staying attuned to the UAE/GCC digital marketing landscape and continuously boosting ad performance.

Qualifications

• 24 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of generating leads/conversions with measurable results.
• Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of funnels, remarketing, audience targeting & optimisation.
• Ability to analyse data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Experience managing budgets and achieving ROI/ROAS targets.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC digital marketing landscape.
• Bonus: LinkedIn Ads, Looker Studio, landing-page optimisation & e-commerce performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & other paid channels
• Manage campaign budgets, bids, targeting, and daily optimisation
• Drive leads, conversions, revenue and ROI
• Set up and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads & conversion tracking
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Prepare monthly performance reports with key KPIs, CAC, CPL, ROAS and conversion rates
• Work closely with the content/creative team to improve ad performance
