Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels. This remote role requires managing strategy, budget allocation, testing, optimization, and reporting to drive ROAS and efficient CAC.

You will build and optimize campaigns, track conversions, and produce regular performance insights while collaborating with creative, sales, and leadership teams to scale growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing meaningful paid advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels.
• Develop campaign structures, targeting, and audience strategies.
