Job summary

Ezertech Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Performance Management Specialist to join our HR team in the Philippines. This role designs, implements, and manages performance programs to support development and company goals.

You will collaborate with the HR manager, territory leads, and business leaders to ensure fair evaluations, provide guidance to managers, and continuously improve tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR with focus on performance or talent management.
• Knowledge of KPI development and competency models.
• Experience with HRIS or performance management systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the organization’s performance management cycle, including goal setting, 3rd month reviews, regularization review, and annual evaluations.
• Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment between employee performance goals and business objectives.
• Provide guidance and training to managers on performance evaluation, feedback delivery, and coaching practices.
• Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Support performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee development initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve performance management tools and systems.
• Assist in integrating performance management with talent development, succession planning, and compensation processes.
