EY is seeking an Assistant Manager in Manila to lead and implement engaging HR programs, provide guidance on employee relations, and collaborate with Talent CoEs on policy matters. You will coach managers, support effective people management, and drive risk-aware initiatives within a complex span.

This role emphasizes stakeholder management and data-driven decision making. The position requires strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to handle sensitive employee issues

Responsabilidades

• Support the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing & implementation of suitable and scalable engagement framework for the span
• Anticipate needs & issues in the span and address the same effectively
• Act as a coach to managers & counsellors to manage diverse people matters
• Provide insight on people issues, specifically ER issues and provide a robust point of view on business decisions and their impact on people
• Ensure all people management and talent development activities are completed in a timely as well quality manner
• Execute innovative HR programs & initiatives
• Ensure compliance to local regulations and manage risks
• Effectively lead & execute Central as well as SL level projects & initiatives
• Partner with Talent CoEs on various Talent matters around policies, processes & operational matters
