GoTeam is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for Day Shift in Cebu City IT Park. The role starts onsite with a transition to a hybrid model after six months, and focuses on owning end-to-end performance lifecycle, KPIs, and employee relations across a portfolio of 60–80 staff.

You will design OKRs, drive PIPs, ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws, and partner with leaders to raise performance standards while maintaining a high-empathy, results-driven culture.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years’ experience; ideal 7–12+ years as HRBP or HR Generalist in large, structured environments (Big Four, Fortune 500, or global BPO).
• Direct ownership of the end-to-end performance lifecycle, including OKRs, KPIs, and PIPs.
• Proven Employee Relations experience, including issuing NTEs and conducting administrative hearings.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and experience building HR processes from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Own the signal of success for a portfolio of 60–80 team members, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Design and track role-specific OKRs and KPIs to remove operational noise.
• Facilitate high-empathy coaching and 1:1s with leaders to align with strategic vision.
• Manage misconduct cases, issue NTEs, and conduct administrative hearings.
