iOPEX Technologies in Manila is seeking a Performance Excellence Lead/Manager to drive business process improvement using analytical methods. You will partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, analyze performance and propose data-driven solutions, coordinating with internal and external teams to implement new processes.

The role requires 3+ years in project management or people operations in a BPO setting, strong quantitative and communication skills, Lean/Six Sigma is a plus, and willingness

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as Project Management/People operations in a BPO setup.
• Demonstrated quantitative skills with the highest degree of precision.
• Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to key stakeholders.
• Experience in business and data analysis is an advantage.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred but not required.
• Humility, flexibility, good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead difficult conversations is a must.
• Proven experience of working successfully in a collaborative team environment across different cultures, operating with and influencing others to achieve a common objective.
• Ability to network, collaborate and lead work with involvement from Operations management and customer leadership teams of various functions.
• Must be willing to work on a pre-dominantly night shift to shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to assess, deep dive and solve process gaps that impacts the performance of the site
• Enhance the performance management, including process improvement, benefits, and welfare programs, providing recommendations through data & insights
• Work closely with department heads on their organizational design and change management
• Analyze and share actionable insights and trends to Operations and support groups
• Oversee management of a project through regular status reporting and stakeholder management
• Build expertise in specific business units / programs
• Work with departmental heads to establish project teams and ensure the objectives of the required improvement are identified, owned, documented and measured in order to allow progress reporting.
• Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards and procedures
• Propose business process improvements through workflow analysis methods to support system development throughout project life cycle
