Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager – Process Excellence (PEX) to oversee the successful delivery of multiple transformation and process improvement initiatives in the Philippines. You will ensure projects run on time, within scope, and deliver tangible operational gains across business units.

The role requires extensive experience in project delivery, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and operational performance management, with a hands-on approach to cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years of professional experience.
• Experience managing multiple operational improvement or transformation projects.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required.
• Strong experience in project delivery and operational performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and delivery of multiple process improvement and transformation projects
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and milestones to ensure successful implementation
• Identify and resolve potential project delays or operational challenges
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business functions
• Track project performance and report progress to senior leadership
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance
• Ensure adherence to governance and delivery standards across transformation projects
