Job summary

EXL is seeking a focused Assistant Manager for Quality Excellence to optimize data management, analysis, RCA and process information flow. You will help ensure accuracy, efficiency and timely reporting while driving process improvement across the organization.

The role emphasizes leading audits, creating quality frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance MIS operations and SLA performance. Office-based in Pasay, Philippines.

Qualifications

• No attendance issues for 6 months (97% Reliability)
• No disciplinary actions in the last 3 months
• <3 years of Quality Assurance supervisory experience
• Willing to work from office 100%

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead process workflows to meet client standards and identify improvements
• Collaborate with Trainer/SME and Operations to streamline workflows
• Provide RCA, insights and recommendations on audits and CSAT performance
• Lead internal and external audits and business reviews
• Create quality frameworks and improvement plans and records
• Support cross-functional and cross-geo improvement projects
• Analyze data and generate reports for management
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports
• Maintain and cleanse databases to ensure data quality
• Identify data-driven MIS improvements and optimize reporting
• Communicate MIS findings clearly to stakeholders
• Provide training on MIS tools and systems
