Job summary

Filinvest Business Services Corporation seeks an experienced Analytics Supervisor to lead a team of Analysts, drive continuous improvement projects, and ensure KPI governance. You will oversee Power BI reporting, process mining initiatives, and documentation standards while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma Green Belt expertise and 4–6 years’ experience, including 1–2 years in supervision. On-site work in Metro Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Green Belt certification completed or in progress.
• 4–6 years of experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Analysts and lead CI projects.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and KPI governance routines.
• Coordinate advanced Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies.
• Utilize process mining and RPA awareness tools where applicable.
• Maintain data validation and governance standards.
• Support project management using JIRA and Monday.com.
