• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, implement, and refine scalable workflows that boost operational efficiency.
