Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified; Black Belt is an advantage
• Proficient in data visualization and process-mapping tools

• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing, redesigning and optimizing workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance
• Manage Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen projects from planning to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align improvements with business goals
• Support change management through training, communication and stakeholder engagement
• Partner with IT and RPA teams to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency
