Qualifications

5+ years in Operations or frontline Operations.
5+ years using Google Sheets and/or Excel for reporting and data analysis.
2+ years presenting to senior management.
3+ years leading and managing a team.
2+ years using data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio).
2+ years in project management.
2+ years in process mapping (Lucidchart or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and track team performance with clear expectations and accountability.
Conduct performance reviews and coaching with the Operations Coordinator.
Develop KPI/OKR dashboards and regular performance reports for stakeholders.
Build dashboards and trackers in Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
Apply Lean Six Sigma and Lean practices to streamline workflows.
Manage end-to-end improvement projects from planning to evaluation.
Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership clearly.
