Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation seeks an HR Operations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle at the site level. You will coordinate onboarding, documentation, employee relations, recruitment support, and benefits processes, serving as the daytime HR representative.

The role emphasizes policy compliance and accurate records. You will also support payroll queries, benefits enrollments, and HRIS data maintenance, while collaborating with the HQ for escalations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR generalist experience with employee relations and onboarding.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor law and DOLE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and ensure compliant application on site.
• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding; maintain accurate records.
• Handle first-line employee relations and escalate complex issues.
• Support talent acquisition onboarding handoff and track requisitions.
• Serve as first contact for payroll, benefits, and attendance queries.
• Encode data in HRIS and generate regular HR operations reports.
